Project Highlights:

The project was born as a result of Emerson consolidating over 60 data centers around the country into four main locations. Locatedat Emerson’s worldwide heaquarters in Ferguson, Missouri the St. Louis Data Center is the flagship of their data centers. 

By its very nature, a Data Center is a difficult building to submit to LEED criteria. Energy requirements are extraordinarily high and building green is all about energy conservation. 

The 35,000 SF N+1 Data Center was awarded LEED Gold.
