Musick Construction completed seven floors of administrative offices including an executive level for BJC.
The design consists of a central core with break rooms, community spaces, and open office areas.
Musick was hired during the design process and was involved in design coordination, cost control / preliminary budgeting, bid solicitation, and procurement.
During the construction phase Musick’s Team was responsible for general project coordination, coordination of BJC’s vendors, cost control systems, field supervision, quality, safety, adherence to schedule, and project closeout.
